Hello fellow matrix fans...
I have one quick question...Has anyone noticed a relationship between the idea of the matrix and the allegory of the cave? I heard such an idea back in high school and I have not had the opportunity to explore it...someone set me straight.
Thanx in advance...
I wrote this poem from a rubric given to me my senior year in high school. I think it gives a good look at where my head was around the time...
I Am
I am humbly conceited
I wonder why it is legal to enslave criminals
I hear applause for me
I see people on their feet…for me
I want the money to live freely
I am humbly conceited
I pretend to be stoic
I feel like I can change the music industry
I touch sounds…
I worry if I’m good enough
I cry inside because my tears won’t fall anymore
But I am humbly conceited
I understand that I can’t do everything
I say my potential is unlimited
I dream that I’m the best producer on earth
I try to be the best producer on earth
I hope to be the best producer on earth
I am humbly conceited.
